Our first step toward achieving independence with support is to fully assess the situation. Our years of work with adults with disabilities enable us to gauge what is possible and what’s needed for your loved one to thrive. We sit down with you, talk to other professionals and do whatever is needed to get the full picture.

From this initial assessment, we craft a Comprehensive Life Plan.
